An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Supply Planner** to join our Supply Chain planning team at our Head Office in Mentone. Reporting to the Head of Supply Planning APAC, you will engage with a broad range of stakeholders to manage a complex volume of skus through an array of products which may include Potato, Seafood, Vegetables and/or Sauces, snacks and meals.
This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join our team.
**What you will do**:
This is a hands-on role to balance the relationship between service, cost and inventory. You will manage upwards, identify process improvements and make recommendations for future efficiencies. A tactical problem solver, you can demonstrate excellence in managing and improving inventory levels through the end-to-end supply chain, whilst ensuring your portfolio is well positioned to meet service level and working capital objectives. It will be your stakeholder management, leading conversations and decision-making ability that will ensure your success.
You will:
- Build and manage internal partnerships to facilitate end-to-end alignment.
- Build and manage external relationships with a broad range of national and international suppliers.
- Coordinate a credible supply response within the monthly IBP process.
- Be a primary source of knowledge and provide leadership on supply chain processes
**About you**:
- You hold strong interpersonal and time management skills, with an emphasis on decision making and a disciplined approach to managing projects to an outcome.
- You demonstrate leadership in a supply planning environment and hold supply chain planning experience ideally in a FMCG or Food manufacturing industry.
- You are competent with the concepts in developing an optimised long-term RCCP (Rough cut capacity plan) using a simple | Network Optimiser.
- You hold an appreciation of retail and wholesale/foodservice commercial environments.
- Ideally tertiary qualified (Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics or a Finance related discipline) and experienced with supply chain methodologies, you enjoy diving into the detail of the planning systems through your conti
