**Your Impact**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Planner to join our Melbourne office. In this role you will be an integral driver of our planning vision. You will order and manage a portfolio of finished goods in accordance with our inventory policy and sales forecast. Integral to this is ensuring supply continuity to meet our availability target and ultimately increasing our customer service to drive Success In Store

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, manage and oversee the supply of a portfolio of Bought In Finished Goods
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Bought In Finished Goods are managed in the most efficient and effective way
- Work with relevant teams to manage ‘at risk’ products whilst also minimising unbudgeted freight activities and management of risk stock
- Work with the relevant DC’s to provide visibility of future planned volume and inventory
- Ensure robust planning and inventory management of the relevant materials held at the third-party contract packers is practised - including monthly material reconciliations.
- Work within standardised processes, and use data to support decisions
- Review the Demand and Supply balance, determining out of balance conditions, identifying alternatives, and recommending action for approval

**About You**
- Prior experience within supply chain or planning experience with a tertiary qualification preferred but not essential
- Manugistics, SAP and Microsoft proficiency required
- Highly effective communication, (both verbal and in the written form), you will have the ability to establish strong rapport with key internal and external stakeholders of the business
- You are highly analytical with strong attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a requirement of this role.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and resolve issues independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritise and organise work demands and deadline
