- Demonstrated ability to analyse, design and document efficient integrated end-to-end business processes.
- Demonstrated audit experience including ability to co-ordinate, perform, report, and respond to complex regulatory compliance audits across all PQ disciplines.
- High level knowledge of and experience in providing management advice with respect to, standards (NATA/NPAAC, TGA, IOS 9001), QIS and the Quality Management Framework.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including report preparation, the ability to negotiate, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
