**About Conduent Victoria Ticketing System (CVTS)**

As a training specialist, you will be accountable for developing, delivering and evaluating training programs that empower operators to maximize the capabilities of our ticketing technology to ensure the smooth operation of the transport services. You will deliver important training materials in an engaging way.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Program Development: Design, develop and implement comprehensive training materials, including user manuals, guides, presentations, and online resources, to effectively educate operators and internal teams on the operation of transport ticketing devices and related processes.
- Training Calendar: Deliver training along with the Training Lead, as per the client agreed training calendar.
- Training Delivery and Facilitation: Delivery of engaging and informative training to groups of transport operators, both in-person and via virtual platforms, ensuring a consistent and standardized training experience.
- Training Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs via assessment tools, and feedback, making necessary adjustments to optimise training outcomes.
- Training Records: Maintain accurate training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest updates and developments in transport ticketing technology and processes to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience creating and developing training materials
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles
- Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment or experience deemed the equivalent
