We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Lead Generation Consultant to join our team. Flexible work arrangements, with the absolute ability to work from home. Remuneration is based on a monthly retainer, plus commission, with unlimited earning potential. The role is phone based and requires you to call companies for our clients. Our job is to arrange meetings between our clients and these companies, by convincing the key decision makers to agree to meet. In the process of doing this, we need to uncover as much valuable feedback about the companies from the people you speak to. Being confident on the phone and also having a professional phone manner is important. We also provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to identify and engage with companies for our clients.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning, to assess the potential fit to our client needs.
- Schedule appointments and hand over high-quality leads to our clients for closing.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads within our CRM system.
- Regularly review and refine messaging, so as to improve our approach and strategy.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline of our clients.

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, warm attitude.
- Comfortable with cold calling and persistent outreach.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
