**About the Role**

We are looking for safety focused, adaptable, hands-on and positive individual with a can-do attitude to join the

team as a Master Data Specialist. This is a permanent, full-time position, working an attractive 5:2 residential roster.

the purpose of this position is to manage the planning master data systems for fixed plant maintenance. The

primary function is to maintain and improve the CMMS system, including asset structures, maintenance plans, bills

of materials and technical data. Ensuring the appropriate standards and change practices are followed

**Responsibilities include**
- Be responsible for all changes, updates and improvements required in the CMMS system, including

updating/creation of asset structures, maintenance plans, bills of materials and technical data;
- Be the maintenance custodian for the CMMS system with single point accountability;
- Perform analysis of master data in order to improve, standardize and refine to improve our maintenance

practices and ensure conformance to required standards;
- Oversee the development of new maintenance strategy and tactic’s work from a master data point of view

to ensure compliance and consistency;
- Support ad-hoc requests from planning, execution and engineering functions as required; and
- Role will be defined as the CMMS ‘Super-user’ and will help form part of the training and development

packages required for roles that utilize the CMMS
- Some formal short course planning training preferred, but not required; and
- Experience in master data management for maintenance essential

**Skills**
- Extensive experience working within a maintenance planning function;
- Significant experience using SAP and knowledge of the master data processes, any experience with S/4HANA

highly regarded
- A high level of computer literacy, with strong competency in Excel highly regarded
- excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- be a self-starter and able to work unsupervised;
