Our Business Advisory division is looking to hire a Manager to join the team in our Sydney CBD office.

**WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL WEEK LOOK LIKE?**
- Working with a bunch of really awesome & passionate individuals
- Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses
- Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients
- Deliver outsourcing accounting services to inbound clients and trading entities
- Provide strategic business advice for clients and get involved with commercial advisory projects with experienced partners
- Work closely with Adviser Support Managers to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Mentor and coach junior staff team members

- Public Practice Experience would be an advantage
- An ability to support and lead others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Maintain accreditation, expanding industry and professional knowledge
