We are looking for a receptionist to join our team at our cosmetics clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business, where you’ll provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure smooth daily operations for all of our nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients in a professional, warm, and friendly manner
- Handle phone calls, appointment bookings, and inquiries (must be able to pick up basic medical terminology & theory fast to be able to answer inquiries and book appointments appropriately)
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth administrative processes
- Assist with clinic organisation and inventory management & ordering
- Support the team with daily operational tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare or beauty setting)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure as we have 3-4 nurses running appointments at once
- A positive attitude with a focus on excellent customer service
- Availability to work Wednesday to Saturday, with a half-day on Saturday
- Experience with booking systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent initiative, tidying in quiet times
- Dress very presentably every day to meet the standard of our clinic

PLEASE NOTE: This is only a reception job and will not eventuate in a nursing/ injector role. Nursing roles will be posted separately
