We are currently seeking a casual/part-time Front Office Receptionist who is an all-rounder. The position may turn into a permanent position.
- Greet, register and assign rooms to guests ensuring room keys are issued correctly.
- Able to troubleshoot emergencies under fast pace environment. Have the ability to handle the pressure of a very busy service.
- Provide a prompt response to all guest enquiries and requests, communicating relevant information to other departments where necessary.
- Make and confirm reservations ensuring you offer correct rates and attempt to up-sell.
- Provide the correct information to guests about the different outlets around the resorts
- Excel in a high volume, fast-paced & fun environment

Part time: at least 3 days a week.
You must be available to work on weekends.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: $27.46 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
