**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced **Hotel Receptionist** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hospitality enthusiast who excels in guest interactions, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can adapt to varying schedules, including weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk operations: check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and offer local area recommendations.
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
- Promote on-site services (tours, events) to enhance guest stays.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in a hotel receptionist or customer-facing hospitality role.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal/written English skills; additional languages a plus.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work weekends and adapt to rotating schedules.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in booking systems (e.g., REI) and Microsoft Office.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with Gold Coast attractions is advantageous.
- **Personality**: Professional, patient, and solution-oriented with a warm demeanor.
