**Company Description**:
We are hiring a dynamic SOX Compliance Analyst to join our Finance team based in North Sydney. Reporting to APAC Finance Director, you are responsible for:

- Implementation of improvement initiatives within the global financial reporting process, IT Application Controls and ITGCs
- Assist in documentation of policies, procedures, and controls
- Development and documentation of standard policies and procedures for financial reporting (i.e. - elements of a quality account reconciliation)
- Lead testing of review controls/management testing such as review of reconciliations, journal entries and financial reporting processes to ensure appropriate documentation, segregation of duties and other control processes
- Offer training and education on controls and procedures to APAC Employees
- Work with the SOX Director and Global Controllership to aggregate deficiencies and determine areas where the Company should focus to enhance procedures

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- In-depth knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, COSO Framework and internal controls
- CPA desired (CA accepted), preferably with Big 4 Accounting Firm and then in public company SOX Team, must have financial statement audit and sox controls audit experience
- Experience working for or on the account of a publicly traded company and at a public company
- Experience in carrying out Sarbanes-Oxley implementation or operating a management testing program.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 5 Years of total professional experience in Big 4 accounting and or public company SOX experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Motivated individual with the ability to engage others
- Interested and motivated to drive change
- Experience with international operation
