Elecdata Australia is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Communications Technician to join our professional and driven team.

The role:

- Network, Fibre Optic and Electrical cable installation
- Fault diagnostics, repairs and final testing of systems
- Fibre and communication terminations
- Able to work unsupervised
- Working on Transport Infrastructure projects
- Installing Lighting, Power, CCTV, PA systems, Ticketing and Passenger Information Systems

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-years experience in data cabling, network cabling, and fibre optic cabling systems.
- Local or international qualifications in data cabling, network cabling, or communications cabling.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
