**The Company**

Thrive Early Education Centres was established in 2016 and now has evolved to seven centres and is continuing to grow We are now looking for a passionate Curriculum Lead to join the Thrive team. This is a newly created role reporting through to an inspirational Head of Operations.

This is a hands-on role and will require your experience, knowledge and passion to drive the development of Thrive’s curriculum based initiatives each and every day. **Key responsibilities**
- Work with the centre leadership teams and educators to facilitate the implementation of the Learning for Life Curriculum and to lead pedagogy and practice in Thrive early learning centres.
- Take on an active role in supporting and managing the performance of Educational Leaders and educators to improve their quality of teaching and learning, children's learning outcomes and adherence to the National Quality Standard and regulatory authority and ensure educators within the company are complying with these requirements
- Supporting the induction of new Teachers and Educational Leaders, guiding them and making them feel heard within the organisation
- Monitoring and ensuring Teacher accreditation and adherence to the Australian professional standards for teachers with all Early Childhood Teachers working at our Thrive Early Learning Centres.
- Building and delivering training to leadership, teachers and educators based on the National Quality Framework and The Early Years Learning Framework.
- Ensuring compliance in Quality Area 1 and 7.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure alignment of Thrive philosophy.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, know when to scaffold and when to step back
- The ability to lead, engage and inspire others
- Significant experience as an Early Childhood Teacher and/or Educational Leader
- Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent
- NESA Approved teacher registration for NSW at proficient level or higher
- Experience and knowledge of the NESA Accreditation process - NESA Accreditation Supervisor training will be highly regarded or you will have a willingness to undertake this as a requirement of the role
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all key stakeholders
