**ABOUT YOU**:

- **Diploma and or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care**:

- Ability to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum and linking to the National Quality Framework
- Proven ability to support your team in the development of documentation on children’s learning
- Ability to create and maintain a friendly, secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering strong positive work relationship with your team, families, and children
- Holds a valid First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Holds a valid Working with Children's Check
