This is an expression of interest for a Visual Merchandiser position in New South Wales. This hands-on role requires travel to our showrooms to plan and implement the Nick Scali and Plush merchandising standards across our showrooms.

**About the role**:

- Support and implement VM standards across your stores to increase foot traffic and sales
- Monitor and maintain the overall aesthetics of the showrooms, ensuring it aligns with the brand image
- Work closely with Sales Teams to enhance the customer shopping experience
- Use window displays, interior point-of-sale, and special promotions to assist the customer with their buying decision
- Regularly assist in the physical movement and arrangement of furniture within the showroom
- Build key working relationships and coach your internal stakeholders

**About you**:

- Proven experience as a visual merchandiser in the furniture or home décor industry is preferred
- A valid Australian driver’s license and own vehicle
- Enjoy traveling to showrooms across, including occasional trips to the head office in North Ryde, Sydney
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to lift and move furniture around the Showroom
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong creative flair and effective problem-solving abilities
