**Description**:
The Visual Merchandiser for M.J. Bale will be responsible for creating visually appealing in-store displays and layouts to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales. This role involves a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. The main tasks and responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's guidelines and standards.
- Designing window displays, product presentations, and promotional setups to attract customers' attention and highlight key merchandise.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that promotional campaigns are effectively represented in-store through compelling visual elements.
- Maintaining the overall appearance of the store by regularly updating displays, signage, and interior styling to reflect seasonal changes or new product launches.
- Regularly reviewing sales performance data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about layout adjustments and product placement.
- Training store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices to ensure consistent execution across all locations within WA.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve the visual presentation of M.J. Bale stores in the region.
