Your Way" - And of course great people, great culture and great work **About you** We are looking for an experienced Lawyer or Associate with approximately 2 - 4 years' experience to join our growing Disputes & Investigations group. You will enjoy working collaboratively with other groups across our Sydney and interstate offices and be comfortable working autonomously on matters. We value highly developed interpersonal and business building skills, commerciality, confidence and leadership skills. This role presents a real and unique opportunity to progress your career in a growing firm. **Your role** The Disputes & Investigations group covers all aspects of general commercial litigation and financial regulatory matters as well as dispute resolution. Working closely with partners across our Melbourne and interstate offices, you would be joining a dynamic, experienced and highly reputable team, with an existing portfolio of a diverse range of clients and matters, ranging from advising ASX listed companies, financial institutions, corporate regulators and medium to large corporates on a variety of contentious issues including: - commercial and contractual disputes; - financial services disputes; - negligence claims; - allegations of misleading or deceptive conduct; - regulatory matters; - disputes concerning directors/shareholders; and - property (real and intellectual) and construction disputes.
