We are seeking an ANZ Training Coordinator to deliver effective, efficient and timely coordination and administration support for all planned business training across Jacobs ANZ. This role will cover both internal training administration and day to day administrative support.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Liaising with functional teams, facilitators and project managers to coordinate and schedule training across the ANZ business
- Liaising with local administrators for required training support
- Using the Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule training based on business requirements, manage enrolments and track training completion
- Maintaining and updating the ANZ training calendar
- Manage regional projects - plan, organize, and monitor assigned projects, cooperate with project team
- Booking training rooms, and ensuring required facilities are available
- Providing training completion reports for internal training
- Responding to employee questions
- Have a sound understanding of training systems, policies and processes and provide advice on these where required
**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
**The following experience is preferred**:
- Experience in HR and/or Training Administration and Coordination
- Sound MS Office Suite capabilities
- Learning management systems knowledge and skills
