This role is ideal for someone confident in managing social media for clients, collaborating with creative teams, and maintaining clear, professional communication. You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies, overseeing execution, and reporting on results — all while ensuring alignment with each client’s brand and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple client social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop and maintain content calendars in collaboration with internal teams.
- Liaise directly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and deliver performance reports.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers to deliver quality content on time.
- Review creative assets (in tools like Figma) to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Stay on top of social trends and suggest proactive strategies to improve engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts for clients or within an agency environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills — comfortable working directly with clients.
- Solid understanding of content planning, analytics, and social media tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
- Familiarity with Figma and ability to navigate design files and provide basic feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a good eye for content quality and brand alignment.

Pay: $58,885.05 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
