**About the Role**

Reporting to our Head of Technology and Innovation you are self-motivated and able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, while also being able to self-manage to ensure you achieve your daily and weekly tasks.

You will have a solid understanding of the health and fitness industry and keep up to date with all current trends and new research.

You are proactive, hard working, detail-oriented, with a general hunger for learning and professional growth with an ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure.

An attentive listener and strong communicator, you are both positive and personal and you thrive on collaboration. You possess strong time-management skills, take direction well and without hesitation; and you know when to ask for help or guidance to ensure you are on the right track.

**As our Fitness and Nutrition Content Specialist your role includes**:

- Developing structured training programs
- Developing structured meal plans for a variety of different requirements i.e. weight loss, weight gain, vegetarian
- Developing technical content for a variety of topics within the health & fitness realm, i.e blogs & articles on supplements, training, nutrition
- Helping to manage the freelance content creation team including briefing and reviewing and editing submitted work
- Review content effectiveness and reader engagement / uptake
- Reporting on content performance
- Review health food recipes, training plans, macro calculations and meal plans
- Engage in digital projects providing feedback & ideas for multiple platforms, including apps and websites

**Experiences Desired/Needed**
- Qualifications within health and fitness i.e. Nutrition, Personal training etc.
- Experience in writing fitness training and/or meal plans
- Holistic health and fitness outlook
- Experience in working with cross functional teams
- Experience in working with clients either face to face or online
- Experienced with Microsoft excel
- Social Media and fitness app savvy*
