**Disability Support Workers - Immediate Start (Elizabeth & Salisbury Area)**

Are you an experienced **Disability Support Worker** looking for an **immediate start**? We are hiring **dedicated support workers** to assist **female participants with complex behaviours** in the **Elizabeth & Salisbury area**.

**About the Role**:

- Provide **person-centred support** for female participants with **complex behaviours of concern**.
- Assist with **daily living tasks, community access, personal care, and behavioural support**.
- Implement **Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)** to ensure participant well-being.
- Work within a **trauma-informed and person-centred framework**.
- **Preference given to staff with open availability.**

**Available Shifts**:
**9:00 AM - 11:00 AM**
**10:00 AM - 1:00 PM**
**2:00 PM - 4:00 PM**
**3:00 PM - 5:00 PM**

**Requirements**:
**Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.**
**NDIS Worker Screening Check.**
**First Aid & CPR Certification.**
**Australian Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle** (preferred).
Ability to follow **Behaviour Support Plans** & work within a **trauma-informed approach**.
Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
**Preference given to staff with open availability and willingness to work at a short notice.**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week
