**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting clients with manual handling techniques and tasks as required.
- Administering medications promptly and according to prescribed instructions.
- Possessing a valid medication certificate.
- Holding a valid police clearance and working with children check.
- Having a reliable car and a valid AUS driving license for transporting clients.
- Conducting NDIS workers check and orientation.
- Adhering to COVID-19 safety protocols and having received the necessary vaccines.
- Being certified in first aid and CPR.
- Demonstrating the ability to work effectively with clients who have no mobility.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of disabilities and their impact on individuals.
- Previous experience in manual handling and familiarity with relevant techniques.
- Possession of a medication certificate.
- Valid police clearance and working with children check.
- A reliable vehicle and an Australian driving license for transportation purposes.
- Completion of the NDIS workers check and orientation.
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Certification in first aid and CPR.

**Salary**: $22.87 - $45.43 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Support worker: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- AUS drivers License (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
