Full-Time Commercial Cleaner / Cleaning Supervisor

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Smile Property Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Commercial Cleaner / Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our commercial facilities, while also overseeing and leading a team of cleaning staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform and oversee a variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in commercial spaces.
- Train, supervise, and schedule cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are cleaned to company standards and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the management team to order necessary supplies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that cleaning activities are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices, as well as the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and address cleanliness deficiencies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school certificate or equivalent; additional certifications in cleaning or facility management is a plus.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Sunshine Coast, QLD (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sunshine Coast, QLD: Relocate before starting work (required)
