Experienced Commercial Cleaning Area Operational Supervisor Required

Due to our continued growth with a looking for an experienced supervisor to join our growing team and work across multiple sites. We are looking for a motivated full-time staff who can work independently.

In this role you will be expected to travel to multiple sites and assist with daily operations and complete periodical tasks. A company van & all equipment will be provided, laptop and mobile phone.

This is salaried position working mainly nights/early morning whilst the cleaners are onsite. As this is a mobile position applicants from the Gold & Sunshine Coast, Logan/Ipswich areas and Greater Brisbane area are encouraged to apply.

**Job Tasks**:
Train, mentor & motivate cleaning staff at various sites

Ensure all periodical tasks are completed to the highest of standards - steam clean carpets, strip & seal, high pressure cleaning, hard floor scrub, window cleaning etc

Ensure quality assurance and WHS compliance

Assist CSM with all new sites start ups

Induct all new cleaners onsite

Communicate any issues to CSM & work together to solve issues

Maintain company van and equipment, chemicals etc

Hours of work will be flexible

**Skills & Experience**:
A minimum of 3 years commercial cleaning experience

Knowledge on how to use required equipment auto scrubbers, high pressure cleaners, buffers etc

Car License

First Aid Certificate

Valid Police Clearance

Excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills with a strong focus on time management & attention to detail

Able to use own initiative and handle multiple tasks

**Salary**: $42,036.00 - $75,000.00 per year
