ABOUT US
We are a multi-faceted Facility Services company with our head office in Coolum Beach. We provide commercial Cleaning, Grounds & Building Maintenance. We take on both small and large commercial contracts including Ad Hoc and Projects.
Our company is growing quickly and constantly evolving. We respect all team members equally whether they are the people on the ground or the people in the office, making sure the work is facilitated to be on time and on budget.
ROLE
We are looking for an honest and reliable hardworking skilled person who has extensive experience in commercial cleaning and supervising. This is a full time employment position.
Training is provided for every site, however experience as a Professional Commercial Cleaner is essential.
HOURS
Hours will vary between Monday and Sunday and will be morning, day and night as required.
SALARY

CONSIDERATIONS
- Minimum 2 years experience in commercial cleaning at a supervisor level
- Ability to learn onsite cloud-based apps for job management, we use AroFlo & SafetyCulture
- Fantastic people skills and a great leader
- Good communication skills and fluent English
- Skills in Rostering, Prioritising ,Ordering Stock etc
- Attention to detail and ability to identify improvements
- Provide high quality services responding to client needs
- Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently
- Current police clearance certificate is mandatory due to the nature of the job
- Right to work in Australia
- Reliable transport to and from the factory in Coolum Beach
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required by the company
