The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager is a key role within the Commercial Excellence team. This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Business Intelligence strategy, which is designed to leverage advanced analytics to foster a data-informed culture within the organization.In this role, the BI Manager transforms raw data into meaningful insights that can drive action. These insights enhance commercial capabilities and drive business growth. The BI Manager is the bridge between raw data and actionable insights, enabling the organization to make informed decisions that align with their strategic objectives.The BI Manager collaborates closely with various departments such as IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, and Customer Care. They also work with local, regional, and global key stakeholders. This collaboration ensures the alignment and execution of BI initiatives that support the organization’s strategic objectives.In essence, the BI Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation operates in a data-informed manner. They are integral in enhancing the organization’s commercial capabilities and driving business growth. This role is crucial in fostering a culture where data is valued and effectively utilised to drive action and growth.This position is not just about managing data, but about turning that data into meaningful insights that can inform strategy and drive decision-making. It’s about fostering a culture where data is at the heart of every decision, and where everyone in the organisation understands the value of data, knows how to interpret it, and uses it to guide their actions and decisions. This is what it means to be a Business Intelligence Manager.**WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**

**Strategic Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) strategy aligned with the company's commercial goals.
- Define BI priorities, roadmap, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver BI projects on time and within scope.

**Design and Development of Advanced Analytics and Insights**:

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards and reports.
- Utilise advanced analytics to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions and growth.
- Establish processes to ensure data quality and integrity across all BI platforms and tools.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with IT to ensure the BI infrastructure supports business needs and integrates seamlessly with other systems.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Effectiveness Manager to integrate BI tools with the Salesforce platform and support the use of Salesforce.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Care teams to understand their BI requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Engage with local, regional, and global key stakeholders to ensure BI initiatives are aligned with business needs at all levels.
- Leverage regional and global best practices and capabilities
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to find synergies and maximise organisational benefits and best practices

**Agile Project Management**:

- Utilise agile project management techniques to identify, communicate, and implement user requirements.
- Facilitate regular sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
- Track and communicate project progress, ensuring transparency and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

**Data-informed Culture**:

- Promote a data-informed culture by advocating for the use of BI tools and insights across the organisation.
- Monitor adoption and drive the use of current BSC BI tools
- Transforms raw data into meaningful insights that can drive action.
- Coordinates the development of data literacy and BI tool proficiency among employees.
- Foster a collaborative environment where data is leveraged to solve problems and identify opportunities.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BI technology and methodologies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve BI processes, tools, and techniques.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance BI solutions.
- Provide Tier 1 user support and escalate/manage unresolved issues

**Quality System Requirements**
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures, including compliance to data privacy and security standards.
