We are looking for **Part time or Full time Guest Service Agents** to join our Front Office team. This is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.

**The Role**:

- Creating an efficient and friendly check in checkout experience
- Be a point of contact for all guest needs
- Promote hotel facilities and associated loyalty programs
- Accurately maintaining detailed guest reservations
- Assisting with concierge when required

**Ideally you will have**:

- Experience with Opera or similar PMS system
- 1-2 years of Front Office experience within a 4-5 star environment
- Reservation experience is highly regarded
- A passion for the hospitality industry & have an eye for detail
- A customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment
- A outgoing personality and well presented
- Must be available to work shift work including evening and weekends
- Excellent communication and time management skills
