**Your new company**

A leading big 4 bank with a CBD location, with an corporate and institutional client base is looking for an experienced Agency Loan Management Supervisor to join their team.

**Your new role**

In this role you will need to prepare daily, monthly, quarterly report for management. Verify that all the documentation required to facilities the setting up of accounts is to hand and correct. Clients account reconciliation and maintain a proper understanding of the banks report systems and suggest improvements as needed.

The role is to supervise the team to processing and settlement of Agency, Bilateral and Syndicated loan transactions, including Bank Guarantees, Asset Finance and Securitisation. Also manage Security & Derivative product settlement and clearing including European & Domestic Bonds and Treasury processing. To manage and maintain a business unit that is focussed on increasing customer satisfaction, developing a high performing and skilled workforce and cost-efficient business practices.

To make sure the team operates in accordance with Compliance & Privacy requirements and manages operational risk effectively.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be an experienced Agency Loan Management or a similar position. High level of experience with team management, specific product knowledge in corporate loans. Loan IQ system experience is preferred. Attention to detail. Report Writing is essential. Good communications and team player. Flexible team player with the ability to work under pressure
