**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Supervising day-to-day roofing operations and leading on-site teams
- Reading and interpreting plans, measuring, and ensuring material accuracy
- Coordinating with builders, clients, and internal office staff
- Managing subcontractors and product installers
- Conducting pre
- and post-job inspections to ensure quality control
- Troubleshooting technical issues and offering practical solutions
- Enforcing safety standards and using digital apps for site management

**What You’ll Bring**
- Strong experience in metal roofing, fascia & gutter (commercial and residential)
- **Trade-qualified** in Roof Plumbing
- High-level attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
- White Card, Working at Heights ticket, and a valid QLD driver’s licence
- A proactive attitude and commitment to excellence
