Are you the kind of person who loves keeping things running smoothly and creating a welcoming space for others? We’re looking for a Workplace Attendant to join the Canstar team and help make our office an inspiring, efficient, and enjoyable place to work every day.

**_ Please note: this role will be 4 days a week in our Brisbane office, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (3 hours per day)._**

As our Workplace Attendant, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Brisbane office. From maintaining kitchen and meeting room areas to coordinating office supplies and deliveries, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring everything operates seamlessly. You’ll also support the People & Culture (P&C) team in bringing our internal events to life, helping foster connection, celebration, and community across the business.

This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, organised, and takes pride in the little details that make a big difference. You’ll thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy creating a workplace experience that feels warm, welcoming, and well cared for.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Keeping our office spaces tidy, functional, and inviting
- Coordinating supplies, deliveries, and maintenance needs
- Supporting kitchen, meeting, and communal areas
- Assisting with the setup and execution of internal events and initiatives
- Partnering with the P&C team to create a positive workplace culture
