- Automate deployment, patching, and policy management through PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimise Intune performance and user experience.
- Monitor endpoint environment to proactively identify and resolve issues utilising Intune and other monitoring capabilities.
- Manage incident response and troubleshooting for Intune configurations, device enrolment, and application deployments
- Troubleshoot complex desktop and device management issues (Level 2/3).
- Create documentation and provide technical training to ensure smooth adoption and support.
About You

Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator
- Azure AD or Security certifications
Why Join CyberCX?
- Work with and learn from Australia's leading cyber experts.
- Annual training and certification budget to keep your skills at the forefront.
