**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for someone to join our team as an Administrator. As an administrator you will be our front of house, admin guru. Our office is based in Carrum Downs VIC. This admin role directly contributes to the health and wellbeing of our clients through providing high quality care in home and community environments, along with ensuring that our office and procedures run smoothly day-to-day.

**Duties and responsibilities may include, but is not limited to;**
- Engage with participants, families and all other stakeholders involved in our company
- Conduct staff & client audits to ensure compliance with the NDIS legislative requirements - you will then need to report all contact with clients & staff on our software along with alerting your office coordinator of any issues

Monthly Reports run and to be actioned. To include but not limited too: Licence expiry
- Service Agreement Expiry
- Archiving of staff
- Stationary Audit completed and ordered monthly where required
- Scanning, filing and collating documents
- Provide assistance where required to ensure the company runs efficiently
- Reception duties including; *
- directing telephone callers to appropriate staff;
- issuing and receiving standard forms;
- greeting visitors;
- maintaining basic records;
- Respond to enquiries from potential referrals, new participants and their families
- Undertake the onboarding process in a timely, efficient and respectful manner ensuring MAAC Care services are approachable and easy to use for clients, families and support networks
- Maintain current and accurate client records using the MAAC Care software
- Liaise with internal and external partners to manage the requirements of intake and agreements
- Provide relevant feedback to improve operations
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Ensure all OH&S compliance is strictly adhered to
- Attend new business meetings with other staff members when requested.
- Experience in disability support or sector
- National Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence & Own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to date COVID 19 Vaccinations

**Job Type**: Part-time (15-25 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $20-25 plus super

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
