Our Nationally renowned client is seeking a Maintenance supervisor to join their team in Henderson. This is a temp to perm opportunity

Start: ASAP

Location: Henderson

Hours: Full time - Mon - Fri (38 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: Approx $40-60 + Super

**The Role**

This role will have a strong focus on providing support to the Projects Supervisor to help deliver, direct and coordinate operational projects

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Supervise field maintenance and service contractors.
- Inspect and recommend maintenance activities on assets.
- Inspect and record all user areas on a daily basis.
- Maintain a log of all inspections carried out. Report any defects requiring repairs.
- Monitor, measure and record User assigned areas, meters and other charges
- Pre and Post inspections / reports of User Designated facilities

**Experience Required**
- Supervisory or leading hand experience in the construction industry
- Handyman experience - an understanding of electrical and plumbing is highly desirable
- Relevant construction certificates (White card, working at heights, confined space)
- Intermediate MS Office computer literacy and proficiency including Excel, NearMaps desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Reporting skills desirable
- Excellent organisational skills
