**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate Early Return to Work: Implement various RTW activities to support the worker's prompt return to the workforce.
- Assess and Develop Skills: Evaluate transferable skills through assessments and provide counselling for potential retraining leading to immediate employment.
- Negotiate Job Placement Strategies: Collaborate on effective job placement strategies and set goals with workers to achieve successful RTW outcomes.
- Manage Workplace Rehabilitation: Assist in navigating the Victorian Workers' Compensation System and ensure a safe return to work.
- Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and nurture respectful relationships with clients, employers, and relevant parties, promoting high-quality workplace rehabilitation services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, Employment Services, Recruitment, Case Management, or related industries.
- Qualifications in a related field, such as occupational rehabilitation, psychology, allied health, human resources, or community services, are highly favoured.
- Current Victorian driver's license.
