**About the role**

This new and vital role inspires and supports our clinical team in person centred, best practice quality care. With a key emphasis on coaching our team capability, excellence and embedding a continuous learning approach that delivers on governance and regulatory frameworks.

**About you**

You’ll have a passion for ensuring quality care and a love of developing strong teams with a cohesive purpose. With an ability to positively engage others and embed change you’ll be looking for a team that is collaborative and focused on excellence. The aged care sector is undergoing significant transformation, to support that change we are looking for an experienced resilient leader, with energy and drive to deliver great outcomes for our staff and those we serve.

Your key experience will include:

- Nursing degree and registration with APRHA
- Tertiary qualifications in health, management, business or a related field are highly desirable
- Strong track record in leading person-centered, quality, and compliant services
- Experience in Clinical leadership, coaching for performance, mentoring and professional development of others.
- The ability to innovate, design, resource and implement service and delivery models
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong MS Office, online information systems and case management skills
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
- Most importantly, the energy, passion and drive to strengthen clinical care and practice for our residents
