Founding Product Manager

We are looking for a Founding Product Manager to join Thanks as our first product hire. This is a unique opportunity to define and drive the product strategy at a fast-growing startup and make a lasting impact on the future of advertising. You will work closely with our engineering team, founders, and key stakeholders to align priorities, refine the product roadmap, and ensure we build an innovative and scalable ad network.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with engineering to groom and prioritize the product backlog, translating business objectives into actionable development plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and marketing, to create seamless and engaging ad experiences.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and data insights to make informed product decisions.
- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure rapid development and execution.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for intuitive and impactful experiences.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup or in the adtech space.
- A track record of successfully shipping impactful products with measurable success.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to work effectively with engineers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- A self-starter mentality—you thrive in ambiguity and are excited to build from the ground up.
- You are a natural self-starter, curious, and motivated to experiment.
- You have a founder mindset and will work directly with the founding team to implement a coherent product strategy and rally the team to deliver on ambitious goals.
- You may be a Principal or Lead Product Manager in a big company, leading teams, but you miss the hands-on work and are excited by fast-paced change and growth.
- Experience running your own startup or working in an early-stage company is a big plus.
- Passion for advertising technology, digital media, and innovative customer experiences.
