As a Data Analyst at AFCA, you will have the opportunity to work on a supporting the modern CRM implementation project by performing data analysis and migration activities. This project will involve replacing our legacy on-premises systems and data stores with a new cloud-based CRM system, as well as introducing new consumer and member portals.

In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Perform data analysis and migration activities for modern CRM implementation project.
- Translate plain language explanations into specific data constructs and extract data from various sources.
- Develop and deliver data profiling and cleansing processes and work on data remediation.
- Create reliable and consistent data for internal reporting and external dissemination.
- Develop and document ETL processes.
- Document data models and processes and maintain data dictionaries.
- Plan, develop, and coordinate data migration activities.
- Create datasets and reports in various reporting tools to identify data quality issues and trends.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and conflicts and act as a liaison between business units and technology teams.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Data related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data migration, or IT and data projects.
- Advanced skills in data interpretation, data modeling, and structured dataset development
- Experience capturing business process requirements and working with stakeholders on data profiling, cleansing, migration, and transformation solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, ETL, data warehousing, and cloud-based modern data platforms and services (such as Azure SQL, Data Factory, and Data Bricks)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work unsupervised on large projects with multiple work streams and deadlines.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change and find innovative solutions to problems and opportunities.
