The Lumus Imaging team at the newly built Northern Private Hospital in Epping is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our department, working closely with a team of dedicated and skilled individuals. We offer a wide range of services, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, X-rays, procedures, and mammography, providing plenty of variety. Our focus is primarily on outpatient appointments, but we also manage bookings for ward patients within the hospital.

The department’s opening hours are between 7:45 am and 6:00 pm, with slight variability in available shift times. Weekend work is also available, with excellent remuneration for those interested.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service and care, including greeting patients at the front desk, and handling incoming telephone calls.
- Managing radiology exam bookings.
- Performing general clerical duties.
- Efficiently managing patient records with exceptional data entry skills.
- Maintaining courteous communication with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals.
- Handling billing and banking tasks related to Medicare, DVA, health funds, and work cover.
