Melbourne or Brisbane location. Lead a national team of workshop tools & equipment technical and product experts._

Based from either Melbourne or Brisbane, reporting to the General Manager of Trade, this role is to manage, lead and motivate a National Team of State based Equipment Managers and Specialist to drive a culture of sales growth and profitability.

**Role Requirements**:

- Proactively lead to a national team of State Equipment Managers
- Provide strong leadership, guidance, support and training.
- Manage relationships with national key accounts.
- Accountable for creating and achieving sales & profit budgets.
- Work in conjunction with the relevant Category Managers
- Complete reporting requirements as required.
- Manage key events, including tradeshow & conferences.
- Provide coaching and training in team’s technical development.

**About You**:

- Technical expertise is essential in the automotive workshop equipment space
- Well established leadership skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building abilities.
- Strong drive for results and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Self - motivated and highly organised
- Entrepreneurial and commercially savvy
