**Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will provide quality operational assistance that will contribute to the profitability and grown of our business.

The Team Managers are required to closely supervise a work team in a hands-on capacity, ensuring that employees are productive and perform work in accordance with all company guidelines and procedures, including all OH&S practices.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Organising and motivating work teams within your section
- Ensuring KPI reporting in line with Distribution Centre reporting processes and targets
- Attending and providing input at daily performance review meetings
- Improving stock accuracy/store order accuracy to support strong availability for the customer

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Previous experience in a supervisorial-management role preferred
- Confident and engaging communication skills
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices
- Adaptability and flexibility
