**THE ROLE**:
**Youngs WA** has a new and rewarding opportunity for a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant / Trainee.

If you are new to the industry - no problem, we can help. If you are a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude and good work ethic, we will provide training to suit. Our leadership team have a proven track record of training and producing tomorrow’s stars.

If you are looking for a role with career progression, look no further. We love nothing more than training up individuals and see them excel. We have huge opportunities for career progression in our extensive, expanding group.

- A dynamic driven attitude with strong customer relationship building skills.
- Financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal.
- Self-motivated, driven to achieve strong sales results week in, week out.

- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding guest expectations.
- Computer literate with strong accuracy & attention to detail.
- Proven success in a dealership environment is highly regarded
