**The Role**
The Service Delivery Coordination team is a small, supportive, and creative team responsible for providing ICT tools and services to the Department and client agencies. The tools support delivery of a wide range if ICT services, with the team focused on utilising the full capability of the tools to deliver efficient or even fully automated services to customers.

Reporting to the Director, the ServiceNow Assistant Director will contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the ServiceNow tool, specifically the IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) products.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the EL1 may include:

- Lead a small team of technical staff, fostering innovative solutions, mentoring and effective workload management.
- Oversee the planning, delivery, reporting, and implementation of enhancements, and upgrades within ServiceNow.
- Consult with a wide range of stakeholders to understand their business requirements and processes.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal business areas, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders as part of quality assurances processes.
