Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria (RBGV) employs over 240 staff overseeing two beautiful world-class gardens, Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne and Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne.
What You'll Do
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Explorer Guide to deliver engaging and informative tours of our Melbourne and Cranbourne Gardens. In this role, you will share insights into the Gardens' history and contemporary significance while ensuring a safe and enjoyable visitor experience. You'll transport visitors safely around the Gardens, assisting with the boarding and departures. You will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of our programs by gathering visitor feedback and staying up to date on the Gardens through regular training and collaboration with horticulture and science staff.
