**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead engaging and informative tours around Melbourne and Victoria’s top attractions, including city tours, the Great Ocean Road, Phillip Island, and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
- Share fascinating historical, cultural, and local insights with tour groups.
- Adapt tours to meet the needs and interests of diverse groups.
- Handle any guest inquiries or issues professionally and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for tour guiding and sharing knowledge with others.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in tour guiding or related fields is a plus but not required.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- CPV Accreditation (preferred)
- Australian Driving License (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
