**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team as Free Tour Guides in Melbourne. This unique opportunity allows you to have flexibility and the chance to explore the city while sharing its rich history with visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and lead engaging free tours in Melbourne, showcasing its historical significance and cultural highlights.
- Conduct tours in Spanish with a ~2.5h in duration.
- Incorporate personal insights and creativity to enhance the overall tour experience.
- Collaborate with the provided manual to ensure accurate historical information is conveyed.

**Compensation**:

- Earn between $10 to $50 per person attending the free tour, with potential variations based on factors such as tour duration, group size, and other considerations.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Spanish (English is a super plus)
- Passion for history and a desire to share knowledge with others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design a flexible tour schedule to accommodate personal availability.
- Preferred people with availability on Fridays or Sundays.
