We are an Indigenous owned Recruitment Agency located in Canberra that provides Contract workers to the Australian Federal Government.

**About the Role**:
As an APS6 Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives within our department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage sensitive information and correspondence with discretion and confidentiality.
- Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Draft, edit, and format reports, briefs, and correspondence to a high standard.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior executives, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, events, and briefings.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures within the office.
- Other duties as required.

**Key Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience providing high-level administrative support in a government department or agency.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A commitment to upholding security protocols and procedures.
- Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) or Negative Vetting Level 2 (NV2) security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
