With a focus on subdivisions and civil infrastructure construction, this company can help you realise your ambition of potential profit share. They are family owned and their founder is looking to finalise his long-term succession plan.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Managing Director of the company, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Supervisors to win and deliver civil projects, mainly associated with subdivisions and commercial developments. On commencement, you will be office based, with regular site visits across the northern end of the Sunshine Coast, with the option of working from home viable, once settled.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Working closely with the Managing Director, in running the business with overall responsibility in a hands-on role focused on Project Management.
- Project Management; Preparation of PMPs, coordinating on-site activities, short / long term Programming & budget control.
- Contract Management, including EOTs, variations and progress claims
- Overall responsibility for safety, including working with the WHSO on OH&S risk analyses and SWMS preparation.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, it is essential you understand the full land development process in SE QLD with extensive construction experience in subdivisions. You will either be proven as a Project Manager and be ready for that step up to Construction Manager, or currently working as a Construction Manager for a lower tier Civil Contractor specialising in Subdivisions. A strong work ethic, self-motivation, respectful attitude, good communication and leadership skills are paramount, while locality to the Sunshine Coast or Gympie regions will be advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Construction or Project Manager in Civil Construction, on subdivisions up to $10M
- Relevant & recent experience with the Land Development process in SE Queensland.
- A desire to work for a smaller company, in a diverse leadership role.
- A strong, energetic, respectful attitude with the ability to liaise with a variety of people and project stakeholders
- Motivated to be a leader in the civil construction industry through professionalism and co-operation.
