We are looking for an experienced lead hand to join our team on the floor. You will lead a passionate team and enjoy collaborating across the wider business. You will be able to _apply_ your skills and knowledge to the role and take pride in quality workmanship.

This is an exciting role with lots of variety, working with a team of twenty-five focusing on the successful support and refurbishment of A/C. A busy role with plenty to get involved in with the disassembly and inspection of dynamic components to engine assembly and module inspections, to interior design and upholstery, Avionic design and upgrades and custom paint schemes. We also do A/C completions for the manufacturer of Airbus A/C. This opportunity allows a person to pull _from_ experiences _from_ different parts of life and incorporate them into a role you can embrace and leave your mark on as well as gives you an opportunity to _work_ with the best.

**_ You will ideally have/be:_**
- Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer appropriately endorsed
- Focused on creating a positive customer experience
- Sound understanding of the Aviation industry (Airbus Helicopters)
- Engineering/technical background
- A good financial/conceptual thinker
- Proven success in meeting timelines costings
- Strong written/verbal communications
- Proactive and organized
- Excellent time management
- Able to travel as required
