**Maddington Toyota Pre Delivery **is seeking a talented **Assistant Used Vehicle Reconditioning Manager**.

If you have a passion for inspecting preowned vehicles to the highest standards and possess exceptional diagnostic and reconditioning skills, this role is perfect for you

**The Role**

This role will involve overseeing the Reconditioning pre delivery team, including the preparation and organisation of all inspections and/or repairs of vehicles to maximise efficiency.

With no two days the same, you will be confident in inspecting preowned vehicles to the highest standards. You will be a qualified & knowledgeable manager and have a proven background in diagnostics, fault finding and as well as general vehicle reconditioning.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a Reconditioning Manager or experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Hold a valid C Class Drivers Licence.
- Vocational Qualification in a related field
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to lead a small team and foster a positive work environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
