This leading clothing business has a rich heritage and a large global network consisting of design, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and retail environments. Their APAC business supports 4500 employees and manufactures and markets some of this region’s most recognised brands. They are currently seeking a P&C Advisor to support their Australasian Logistics team.

This is a 6 - 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to move to an ongoing, permanent arrangement.

Reporting to the P&C Manager, the P&C Advisor will be responsible for the delivery and execution of a broad range of objectives aligned to revised commercial and people priorities. As the business undertakes significant transformation, stakeholder engagement and the overall management of project milestones and deliverables will be important.

This role will:

- Support with engagement survey results, including action planning activities and implementation of agreed initiatives
- Support in the review and implementation of site-based induction programs
- Develop learning materials and assist with facilitation of training for site managers and team leaders on people management competencies
- Advise and support on other HR generalist-related priorities and enquiries as required

This is a hands-on role within an established and mature HR function within a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate contribution through strong stakeholder engagement and the execution of impactful outcomes.

We will be looking for:

- Previous experience supporting a broad range of operational HR activities in an FMCG, manufacturing & production or logistics environment - preferably unionised
- Strong project management capability and demonstrated experience supporting and driving deadlines and project milestones from within an HR team
- Great communicator with the desire to learn and grow

This role is based in West Melbourne however you will have the opportunity to balance on-site and home-based work (three days/week in the office).
